(Released on January 28, 2025)
「Japan is one of the most rapidly aging societies in the world: one-third of the Japanese population is over the age of 65. As a result, the number of people suffering from Ninchisho(dementia) is increasing every year. Currently, there are approximately 5 million Ninchisho people in Japan, and the government is taking this issue seriously: it has enacted legislation and established a committee to strengthen the management of this disease.
